I've spent most of the summer on my mountain bike, but yesterday a few friends and I headed into the Oregon Coast Range for a gravel/adventure ride. Lovely day out on some gravel, decommissioned forest roads, a little singletrack, and some hike-a-bike. It rained through the night but not at all while we were riding, and the transition from summer to fall is in process with really lovely browns, yellows and oranges mixing with the bright green that resides here year-round.

Oh man. This looks great. I’m on the other side of the country, but this is the stuff I aspire to always ride.
