I’d think closer to $600 USD be better. Also most wheels are tubeless if you try hard enough

Medium frame, 29″ wheels, 120mm travel
Upgraded to an X-Fusion air fork (same one that comes in the Fluid HT1)
Tektro hydraulic brakes
1×11 Shimano Deore drivetrain TransX dropper post
OneUp composite pedals that you can have if you want them with the bike.
Currently have Thule rear thru axle installed for pulling a kid bike trailer, which you can have, but I’1 also include the stock thru axle.
You can also have the original SR Suntour forks that came with the bike as well.

No chance homie. Do your research, see what you can get for 1k brand new on year end sales. It will be better than this and have a warranty. Giant has some decent hard tails, look for a used dropper to add after and your laughing or get something lower spec with a dropper for that money.

I have the identical bike. Bought it brand new for $1000 Canadian. I personally love it. Totally capable

Change your title to $1000CAD, currency matters. Lots of commenters will see it as $1000 USD.
That being said a few shops have these new for $1100-1300 cad. I would see if there is some wiggle room with the price. I would say it’s a fair-ish price but nothing amazing.
