Looks like a dirt jumper to me. 26” wheels, tapered headtube.
Edit: First time seeing bottle cage mounts on a DJ.
The frame looks really similar to my ammaco stealth MTB in terms of paint and rear config so maybe check ammaco to see if they have anything similar
