They remind me of spacers used on some Crank Brothers pedals. Plastic or metal?

I believe these are bumper plates for shimano mechanical front derailleurs when you have a braze on fd? They make sure the adjustment screw doesn’t go into the carbon frame and just hits this for lateral alignment?

Spacers for 24 to 31.8 mm handlebars mounts. Used when you are mounting to smaller diameter to build up.
