
I've unlocked it (the clamp) and I can adjust it to nose-up/down but not forward/backward. Many parts of the bike are stuck because it seems like it wasn't moved for a looong time.
I don't have many tools at home. I think I have a hammer but no WD-40 or anything like that, just some bike chain lube.
What can I do now? I really have to move it forward. Btw, this is just a YouTube screenshot, it's my saddle.

If it is attached the same as the photo you can completely disassemble where the saddle rails attach to the seat post. At that point you can remove and re-insert the saddle wherever you want.
You will need a hexagon spanner to undo the clamp.

The rails are just stuck. Give it a whack on the saddle nose to loosen it.
