Built up this frame as a commuter for the upcoming winter. Think it turned out pretty cool! I was given this frame in its sanded down state and the previous owner didn’t know what the make or model was, I think it may be a 90s Rocky Mountain of some sort? Can anyone help identify what it might be?

Nothing certain, but the way the toptube joins the seat tube below where the seat stays do reminds me of Univega Alpina frames. If there’s a serial maybe you can compare it to known Univega serials and see if the format etc matches
