I’ve been looking for a new bike and I found this bike on the local marketplace for €750/$880.

The seller says the bike has some scratches and miles on it but is in good riding condition.
Do you think the asking price is fair or should I try to lower it?

$880 USD isn’t so bad. Good wheels, powermeter, time and tested frame.
I’d pay $700 USD for this
