Different size recommendations of Canyon for the same bike, but with different equipment?

Hi Guys! I'm thinking of buying a Canyon Grail and I have seen, that the Canyon sizing calculator is giving me different size recommendations, depending on which line I take (CF7 vs. CF SLX 8 for example).

With my measurements of 184 cm height and 88,5 cm inseam, I am getting different recommendations:

CF7 (as one example of many), I get the recommendation of size M:

Why is it like that? What size would you recommend me and why?
