Im not sure if this is the right place to post here, it is a bike related question. My very tall landlord asked me to build up this titanium GT Edge, it came with most of the original parts besides the fork. It has a 1 inch threadless Chris King headset. I've been having a hard time finding anything, Soma seems to have a few options but nothing in stock, and I'm finding some on AliExpress but I'd rather not buy anything from there. My local bike co-op had a few but the steerer tubes were cut way too short. Preferably steel, not carbon, and with as much tire clearance as I can get while still keeping the "look" of a road bike.

A few options available with rim brakes, disc brakes not so much. Anything you can find in stock with decent measurements I would take it because they are almost like finding wild unicorns.
I’m also looking for a 1in threadless fork with a disc brake mount. Soma makes one with brake bosses though. As for me it’ll probably be something online. None of the local shops have anything and neither do the bike co-ops.
