What version of the derailleur and what cassette do you have?
Most derailleurs have a MAX T. You might have gone over that limit with your new cassette.
An easy fix could be buying a WolfTooth Components GOAT LINK. It adds about 1 inch between your derailleur and hanger, allowing for bigger cassette compatibility.

What size cassette are you using?
Have you adjusted the B-tension screw?
Is the hanger straight? Hard to tell from the angle of the face of the hanger is parallel to the plane of the drivetrain

Obviously you added a way larger gear disc on the cassette. You need a new derailleur. A long cage one
Did you actually follow the directions though? The specifications for your derailleur list the max cog as 36T. I understand that we all like video instructions because it’s easy to watch and follow along, but nothing replaces just going to si.shimano.com suffering through their archaic search tools to find the original documentation.
You might be able to get away with using some sort of hanger extender and get it to just about clear the 46T cog, but it will be at the cost of shifting performance. Or it might not work at all.
