The same as riding forwards, its harder when you go super slow. Also you have less momentum to turn with less speed.
2nd. Lean back.
You got the motion good, but there is to much weight on the front wheel. You can see in the video the tire just sticks to the ground. It should be able to even lift up a bit.

Get low.
Like said above, lean back. It changes your center of gravity making it easier to steer and adjust your balance. Practice over and over and over again, it’s literally learning to ride again (just backwards this time)
