Prob not but that looks pretty darn close to failure so it could go on any big hit. Are you the original owner? I’d look at warranty if so. Otherwise swap the parts to a new frame.🖼️

If.i noticed mid ride I’d trust it enough to get me back to my car, but I wouldn’t start a ride knowing it’s cracked.

Riding this may not lead to your death, but it could. Replace. Norco probably sells the linkage arm separately. Maybe even with crash replacement discount.
