With a shorter spoke.. or like porque said, dremel.
Best thing to do would be to remove the spoke entirely, put the nipple all the way on, cut about 2x the length that’s poking past off, then use the nipple to chase the threads after cutting. Then reinstall the spoke.
Well, best thing to do with limited money spent. But it would be better to buy the correct length spoke (I’m assuming the wheel is true and tensioned properly already).
The nice thing about double wall rims, is that you could just live with the too long spoke. Not an option with a single wall such as yours.

Is it at final tension? Are there more like that?

Easiest solution would be to file it down. But the real solution is to discover why that spoke is sticking out. Is there a flat spot on the rim? We it simply an error? Is the spoke laced correctly?

Just use a grinder. grind it off, since you have the wrong spoke length

Back in the day that’s how it was sometimes. Special cutters were used to nip off the extra. On occasion I’d line up a flat blade screwdriver and a quick hammer wack would cut them off.

Wrong pattern. I’m assuming you are reusing spokes, you need to add a cross, or you made a mistake in hub hole selection.

Careful spoke length calculations is the answer
