
The title pretty much sums it up. I probably wouldn't even have seen it, but noticed some tubeless sealant leaking out. I'm not even sure how a perfectly round hole like this would even happen.
Fixable or time for a new set of wheels?
Stock wheels on a 2022 Giant Trance X if it is relevant.

The hole is a water draining hole for your rim. If sealant is leaking from there, it means it’s likely leaking from your rim tape, not because of that hole.
I would just ride it as is and keep am eye on that hole. If you see any cracks emanating from the edge of the hole than you are on borrowed time. No real way to repair it that I know of. You can always put a dab of epoxy on the inside of the hole to make the rim airtight again.
This is a drain hole that was present since manufacture. I double down on the comment that a sealant leak from this hole means your tape job has a defect somewhere.
