I did some welds (only in sides) and epoxy steel inside.
Now I need to wait and drill new hole and make a new thread

It doesn’t look good: it was obviously run for some time w/o it being properly torqued and the whole promise of the square TAPER interfaces is that it is tightened properly.
If torqued down it doesn’t move or creak, it is…OK I guess? So I would give it a 5/10.
People are being rightfully critical, for as somebody that has had no money before this thing still hasn’t a good while left in it if you ride smoothly
