Got a flat on a ride recently and noticed that the side stitch/glue on my Conti GP5K’s are off. When inflating, the inner tube pops out like it does in the 2nd picture.
Are these done for or is there anything I can do to fix it? These tires are practically brand new and I’ve ridden maybe less than 500km on them.
Edit: Thanks for the responses everyone. It's an expensive lesson and a new tire I guess.

That tire is absolutely done. The sidewall is tearing off of the bead.
I’d check into your brake pad and how it’s contacting the rim. This is often caused by the pad rubbing the tire. Sometimes this is a brake adjustment, sometimes it’s the wheel being out of true radially.
That stopped being a tyre a while ago it’s now just a case of you accepting it
You wrecked your tire with a badly adjusted brake. You cannot fix the tire. You can fix your brake so it doesn’t wreck your next tire.
(In case this isn’t clear, you cannot ride this tire. It’s dead. It’s been tortured to death. It will hurt you if your try to ride it.)
Please get a new tire.
I didn’t read your post, but it’s your pads.
Looks like your brake pad is badly adjusted, your tyre is ruined and your rim is questionable. Treat yourself to a new wheel set, tyre and pads.
It is actually relatively a very very inexpensive lesson in my opinion.
