First off – sick saddle
Second off are the rails the same dimensions as what you took off?
Based off photo 3 I presume you took off an alloy saddle that has 7×7 rails and got this saddle which is carbon 7×9 rails. You need new saddle clamp.
NO it’s not okay to ride like that because the saddle can become dislodged plus I’d take that saddle off ASAP as that could damage the carbon rails
