  1. Crouch with your arms more, pop harder, pull back harder and scoop more. It’s all just potential energy. A little arm bend and leaning back isn’t going to make a big hop. Hope this helps

    Way more crouched pre load .. really crouch down and load with legs .. burst upward taking the bars with you.. and at thebpeark of jump push bars forward and extend arms to raise back to meet the front end ..

    Use more legs. Get low.. burst upward
