This is my Wilier Jena gravel from 2020.
It started out as a Jena Gravel 105, as you can see in the last pic, that’s how I got the bike from the LBS. It weighed in at around 10,8kg.
Over the past Years I’ve done a couple of upgrades and not much is left of the original bike. It’s not a build that’s based on weight, but I’m still pretty happy with the current weight of 8,860kg for a size L as pictured: with bottle cages, pedals, wahoo mount.
Some of the major changes I have made are:
* Campagnolo Shamal c21 Carbon Wheels
* Carbon Wilier bottle cages
* Swapped to an Ultegra R8000 groupset (with the exception of the front derailleur and brake calipers, those are still 105)
* GRX rear derailleur
* Ultegra 11-32 Casette
* PD ES600 Pedals
* Galfer road wave 160mm disc rotors
* Panaracer gravelking SS 40mm tires
* Ridenow TPU inner tubes
* Pro stealth carbon team AF saddle
