I ride dirt bikes, just curious as to why more MTB riders dont wear MX helmets as i hear about all these head injuries that could often be avoided with a full helmet, is there a major downside to them that causes MTB riders not to wear them?
The funny thing is, I’ve absolutely had concussions before. Around maybe 8 or so. But I went undiagnosed because I was a wrestler and a football player, so it didn’t seem like much. I’ve had plenty of very serious head injuries too. But I’ve definitely had them before

If the cars would stop hitting me, I wouldn't have 5 or 6 concussions, but God forbid people should stop having to scroll their phone while they drive. I'm sure they were telling people on social media that they think outside of the box, while on their box, in their box😂
I don’t understand my friend who only did a small bump in a trail outside my house (she doesn’t mtb)got a concussion meanwhile I’m over here falling in ditches, flying off and broke my old helmet somehow I have never gotten a concussion
