I have a jet bmx Bb 19mm and it would fit fine into a spare premium frame I have.
In this amity frame from roughly 2008,
The jet bmx is nearly the exact same size as the Bb shell. It doesn’t go in at all.
I’m positive that I haven’t got the wrong size things so can someone please help.

Freeze the bearing overnight. Try again tomorrow, using some bearing grease, and may need to tap it in using a piece of wood flat on the top to protect your bearing surface and make sure it goes in straight.
Cant say for certain with your bike but I had an amity frame of similar age and it was a Spanish bb (37mm OD) every other frame ive had has been a mid bb (41mm OD)
Pretty sure that’s a Spanish BB.
Get yourself a Spanish BB and all will be well
It’s likely a Spanish BB very similar but just different enough.
I had a bike with Spanish BB and tried the same thing.
