So mid ride two of the bolts, that hold the small chainring of my GRX825 came off and popped a piece of paint off my bottom bracket. Is it safe to ride 30km home or 5km to the next bike shop or should i organize a transport (only using the big chainring ofc.)?

Safe but I would pop into the shop and grab some replacements.
You can get home on it. I wouldn’t use a small chain ring though. If a bike shops close I’d pop in there a couple bolts you’ll be on your way with no worries

Make sure the other bolts are tight. Like ~10Nm tight.
