Flaunting wealth is considered in poor taste. Crime is so rare that people don’t even lock their doors. Only seven people are in jail and they even have their meals delivered from a restaurant. There are fewer than a 100 police officers in the entire country. With a population just over 30,000, the citizens of this tiny country are five times better provided for than Americans.
