Recently changed my rear derailluer and hangar after the previous hangar broke, replaced an older tiagra with a newer one. It was working well until one day I just couldn't shifter to higher gears anymore – I sprayed a bunch of wd 40 into the front shifter and that seems to give me back some gears but not all, as seen in the video.
I cant shift beyond 6th and 8th gears, not sure what im missing here and would love to be pointed in the right direction! Thanks!

I recently did some adjustments and ran into the same problem. Turned out I was pulling the shift cable way too tight. Found the best way to fix it was chain on, shift cable disconnected, set H limit screw, then pull shift cable tight without forcing it. I’m relatively new to bike maintenance but this did the trick for me!
Also think you mean lower gears? Higher on the cassette but lower number

You set it up wrong.
If youre spraying wd40, you dont know what youre doing.
Go on youtube and watch a 5 minute video on hot to setup a derailleur. Its incredibly easy. Then follow the instructions and it will work.
And stop spraying wd 40 on your bike.
Don’t use WD-40 on your bike.
If any got on your chain you need to relube it right away, or it’ll be gone in 50Km.
