  1. Top priority for me is getting the grips as high as possible for maximum comfort – but it’s already been done here!

So I guess I’d simply change the fact that the saddle is empty, and put some miles on that vintage beast.

Remove reflectors, dork disk, and for the love of God, take off the kickstand.

I might be tempted to change to trigger shifters.

Add a small bag, carry a good multitool, a spare tube, and a way to change a tire. A small frame pump like a Lezyne Alloy Drive.

    Water bottle mount.

  3. Convert to disc (Klampers), awful new DIY rattle can finish, incorrect repro decals, AliExpress fake CK headset, generic eBay 1x drivetrain, ReneHerrrrrz tires, B17, RockBros frame bag, back on Marketplace for no less than $12k

This thing fucks looks like you already did what needs to be done to it. Racks and maybe some bags

I’d say more swept back bars was gonna say change the stem but I have a soft spot for those slingshot style stems. If your really wanna go crazy I’d fw the deore xt shifter/lever combos. Mbe a front rack too, some toe clips mbe but you have a sturdy setup already and don’t gotta do much.

  6. Cables and rubber, remove the reflectors maybe, the metal dork disc is kinda fresh honestly. I’d leave all the parts as is, looks mega comfy.

  7. For me the bars and stem are way to high to ride comfortable and efficient.

Also get rid of the kickstand and the dorkdisk.

    But the frame is beautiful.
