When I start pulling up to a crowded area or anywhere that will have people walking I just ride slow. You never know if someone will randomly turn into you by mistake
The comments on here go to show you can't win as a cyclist. You all tell him he is too fast (probably) and should be on the road. But on the road, he'd end up being abused by motorists who'll point to the bike path and claim he should be using that. And is this a dedicated bike path? If so, the roller blader shouldn't be there anyway but nothing is said about that.

that's why i don't ride ob bike lanes, normal roads are wider, more fun and maybe safer, cause you can maneuver more freely and ride faster

The rider is 100% at fault. Most countries have leaisure speed limits of some 20-25 km/hr max. At these speeds he is criminally negligent.
