The chain on my bike has 21,079.6 km on it. What is the average lifespan of SRAM Force eTap AXS chains? When I measure it, there’s still no noticeable stretch, and I mostly ride on relatively flat routes. 🙂

Yeah. That chain (and the rest of the drivetrain) is totally fucked. You’re measuring wrong. No chain will last 21.000km.
Try replacing it with a new chain. It will skip like hell, meaning new cassette (and likely new chainring) time.
