I saw this in a show i cant remember which, i had no idea they got the story from real life events BUT in the show i think the couple we having too rough seggs(no surprise Hollywood) which caused this and the husband realized when she was hanging off upside-down from the bed she would come to, so he strapped her upside-down to something and called 911. It was funny bcz he told them NOT to change her position or shed DIE but they said they need to try and so they fugged around and found out he was right
