  1. Honestly, letting go for the first time. You won’t kick the fear without conquering it. You might fall, but the switch in your brain flicks the other way.

  2. grip that sum bitch right in the middle like you’re tryin to go bow legged and hold a watermelon with your ankles and grip with whatever sneak you got on the side them sneakers to the crank. Some do like a lil the foot only and tilt it toward the crank bar to get a lil more grip action goin. Then take that right hand and toss the bars straight towards the ol family jewels cause otherwise tossing towards the sternum you’re doin a more of a pulling action which is gonna just tweak your frame off center and bail ya out. Catch left and then grip the right. brace for a back wheel landing. Worst case if you’re gripping good enough you land pedals and bail or you get twisted in the air and know early to bail. Not so scary. Just dont think about the bail. Think where you went to go look where you want to be imagine it happening successfully otherwise your brain is prepping for fail and convincing itself into a bail

Tbogs are dope I have to get a new seat now from grabbing it so much im tellin ya take that right hand and grab the seat like its a eject button and pull that bitch it’ll put the bike right where you need it for a barspin and give you the feel of where you need to be to bar.
Again with the seat dont look down or you’ll go down lol just reach for yer gooch you’ll find the seat and hey if you graze it tell the boys it counts lol

  3. You’ll honestly prob just jump off the bike the first time so just get it over with. But don’t try to make a habit of this. Even taking one foot off after you catch them eventually can really become a bad habit but at least you’ll know you’re catching them in the air

  4. Throw it once, nothing bad is going to happen and you will feel 1% more comfortable to try it again. Flyout is your best friend for this, you’re in the right place.
