Is the rim straight/true? If the rim is fine and you have appropriate clearance, your tire will be fine.

First: is the rim true?
Second: is the tire properly seated? There is a little bead line molded into most tires and it should be equidistant from the rim on both sides at all points.
If the tire is not seated, deflate some, add some soapy water, and re-inflate. You can overinflate then back off to seat it if necessary.
If the tire is seated ride it for a bit. It might work itself out some.

i’ve had tires that looked like this and though seemed properly installed, once I took them off and reinstalled it went away. I’ve also had tires that were slightly warped – mostly I never noticed but I had one Continental that was truly warped and I returned it to them directly and they sent me a new tire.

What happens when you deflate and reinflate? Also we can’t see your rim in the video.
I would check the rim by placing something fixed against it and spinning it and then seeing if there’s any issue with the metal.
The inflating test should take a few minutes.

Looks like tire bead is not seated on the rim properly

Show us the bead and wheel.

I have the same tires, soap and water on rim and tire bead. Took a few times seating and reseating but got it straight. Also, make sure the rims are true, the tire has a tendency to magnify the wobble.

Likely the bead isn’t seated in that spot.
