Fell inlove with my friends fixed gear bike so i decided to get one for myself, got this on facebook for around 400 usd. Aside from foot retention (its on freewheel right now while i wait for my foot straps to arrive) what other parts should i change here?

Nice build! may i ask hows the aerospoke? is it lighter compared to a regular 24 spoke front rimset? how are the winds? thanks and ride safe!
