Based on what I see you need a headset, a stem, bars, grips, a seat, seatpost, brake kit.

Planet BMX is where I would start – they’re the site where SE really started after they came back with the big bikes.
Buy a donor bike and swap parts over. All those missing parts will be over $200 I’m guessing.
