  1. As the other comment stated it’s the maximum it can go. Even if you had access to more spacers you couldn’t install them as the fork steerer tube is the limiting factor. If you want the bars to be higher (which i assume is your goal) the only way would be ditching the cockpit and going for a stem with an upwards angle.

  2. Those plastic pieces below your handlebar and above where the cables enter the frame are your included spacers.

    Unhelpful but the reality: you can increase the handlebar height by buying a size larger bike.

    Or swap the current handlebar for a separate stem and handlebar but consider if you want that.

  3. As previously said, it’s as high as possible right now. You bought racing bike by design. Ride more and get fitter and you’ll get used to it. Also try some off the bike exercises for core strength.
