So i watched this video about finding personal handlebar sweep. You measure your wrist angle and you find a bar that matches the angle. The shown examples of sweep were about 7 and 16 degrees. What I don't understand then is a Jones Bar has a 45 degree sweep how could that be a comfortable fit? It doesn't seem to line up with the video's methodology?

Maybe that methodology just doesn’t fit everyone and some people just prefer 45 degree backsweep. I like a 25-35 degree sweep depending on the width of the bar and the type of riding.
