This question has probably been asked a lot, but I just can't make up my mind.
A friend and I are about to finish our bikepacking trip to Barcelona and we're thinking about how to get our road bikes back to Germany.
We will probably take a flixbus with one change.
Now the question is how to transport the bike better: in a cardboard box from a bike shop or a cheap bag from Amazon https://amzn.eu/d/dbnwlpd
I don't know which is more protective, I'm worried that someone will put suitcases on my bike during the bus journey, and I don't know how much my carbon fork can take.

The boxes at bikeshops are normally free and used to ship bikes across the world.
I’ve call up a week before you’re due to arrive to ensure they have some left over for you.
