  1. Back breaks on the right and front on the left is what I had before I “evolved” to breakless

  2. American here, always had rear brake lever on the right.
Got front brakes and struggled so I just ran front brake to right lever before progressing to rear brake right front brake left.

Always noticed rear/right, front/left in the states, and oppo for the fellas/ladies across the pond.

Back brakes on the left, front brakes on the right.

Motorcycles have clutch on the left, front brake on the right

I know I’ll get down voted for this but this is how we do it in Australia and the UK do it like that to.

At the end of the day it’s your bike so run them however you like and what feels good to you

  5. Before I was brakeless I had my brake lever on the left so it wasn’t in the way for turndowns and I didn’t accidentally catch the lever when doing bar spins

  6. US, rear brake only and it’s on the right. I do know of people here that run their brake on the left because of their riding style (like keeping it out of the way of catching bar spins with their right hand).
