Victoria would snarfle up food like a vacuum cleaner on the last day of the world, hence her enormous girth later in life, as well as not caring that others might still be hungry. QEII was a gracious and thoughtful lady who actually cared for others…she would fiddle around with her food so that others could finish. RIP Your Royal Majesty.
I think it's worth noting that this was only the case after the death of her husband Albert, the Prince Consort. She was quite petite in the first part of her reign. Having many children and losing someone you loved and heavily depended on would lead a lot of people to gain weight and turn to food for comfort.
my grandmother was onced invited to a ball and She saw how the queen would always talk to other guests and always eat in ways that even children can keep up. Shes such a wonderful lady and i am glad i am British
