We are go the women’s elite. This is the kickoff from the start. It is uphill as you can see into the first lefthand turn. Rizvers on the inside. A look across Ramsteer. Look at this one rider who’s clearly having no problems at all. Jenny Rizfords takes a look over her shoulder. She’s already got two or three biker lengths to Berta. Then a further five bike lengths back to PTC being followed by Lil Rfords leading then behind. You can see this chase. Maxwell and Keller very focused on getting back onto RZ’s wheel. I’m looking for the time check because I think this is coming back and I think Androsandre Keller is towing Sammy Maxwell back onto Rized’s wheel. At the moment though onto the descent here. We are tracking the back wheel of Sammy Maxwell on the way through. You can see in front it’s Riz in the blue and yellow of Sweden. The red and white of Switzerland is Kella. Lead us on the front. Ryz Maxwell and Keller. Another three out the front. Three musketeers clear of the chasing data at the moment which is Eevee Richard the lone fourth rider at the moment but going to get company cuz my goodness me Peter is on the way here. So, three leaders clear. The gap is really starting to increase. Ryz just checks over her shoulder to see that they’re still there and what the gap is before she comes up and through into the tech zone towards the end of lap three. They swing around this section through the tech zone and then down that chute before they get back to the road. As you can see, RZ’s back in the lead here. Kura in two, Maxwell in three. But Ridzfords is starting that gap is there. Well, Ridz now look at the gap. She just It’s like she opens a gap without you even realizing she’s trying. As you see Maxwell continue to push and open up the gap. This is almost the biggest gap we’ve seen between Keller and Maxwell as Riz looks over her shoulder as the bell rings with one more lap go in the women’s elite race here. Maxwell’s looking to close that gap back down again. The clock is still ticking onwards here. No mistakes all day today from Jenny Rizids. She’s done an absolutely superb ride here in Cran Montana. It’s been a masterass from Jenny Rizids, the rider from Sweden. She drops down through the final shoot. This is the 2025 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships from Crown Montana. Journey Rizfords. Well, she’s going to take away the gold. Your world champion for 2025 in the Elite Women XO. Sammy Maxwell will take away a silver medal. She gave it absolutely everything.
