I do have some more vintage box rim wheels but these sound/feel nice to ride.
I’d like a slightly more acute drop stem as this sits very high (it’s a small frame too but seems huge compared to more modern frames)

Looks great! I think vintage bikes with modern wheels are a great combo.
The frame is too big for you or the saddle is too low. I run carbon rims on a couple older bikes. Best of both worlds!
