coming from an older cannondale trail 5 this is what ive decided to upgrade to. wanted to ditch the 3x gearing and front shock for simplicity. really happy with it so far! goijg to be used as an all arounder bike. any must do upgrades? these pedals gotta go. anyone recommend some nice platform pedals? im a casual rider / bikepacker and have no interest in clip ins or anything. also have been reading into the rubber dampened stems. gimmick? or valid upgrade down the road

I have the same bike and am going to add some bar ends on the inside. My hands get numb with only one position. Other then that like the bike a lot
Is that bike really tiny or is that truck absurdly large?
