GT and Dyno will be stamped. So will just about anything else of reasonable quality in that era. I think I see a kickstand mount down there. If so, that’s another check box for department store bikes. The stays do have cool bullet ends though, like a lot of Redlines from that era. I’ve seen the oval brace behind the seat tube before, but I can’t remember where. Final guess is Schwinn or Mongoose if it’s not a department store bikes
