After hearing that the allroad was delivered with 35mm Schwalbe G One RS I went for that setup for my 2024 Endurace CF7.
This is the tire clearance I ended up with. For reference for others wanting to try.
Front is good, but I was a bit surprised with the rear clearance and will run with som paint protection film tape to be safe.

On my Endurace 2024 CF SLX I have 40mm tires up front with enough clearance. 35mm rear
Several thousand kilometers on my 2023 CF7 with 35 mm, both studded and not studded tires. No issues.
