Hello, I feel like my aeroad is too big for me, size S. I am 176cm tall and my inseam is 77cm
I feel too stretched out and the reach might be too much I am asking for advice. (I have lower back pain, like with my past bike)

For a Race Bike, it Looks good, for a endurace Bike it is to streched.

disclaimer: not a pro bike fitter, but based on the photo it looks like it is perfectly fine for you. aeroad is a racing, aero bike so being stretched for aero benefit is expected. maybe u are not used to it yet. have u tried moving the seat slightly forward, maybe few mm fore, as long as your knee is still somewhat align with the pedal shaft on 9 o’clock (non drive side) and 6 o’clock (driveside) sidelooks, it should be fine.

I think it looks good. Maybe move saddle a bit forward, adjust hoods a bit higher if you think the reach is the problem. Little adjustments make big difference.

Not sure the fit but the bike size looks ok

your bike feels too big because your seat height is comically too high. Maybe 2-4cm, maybe even more than that.
