  1. You got the basic motion down, just keep at it. You can try hoping over something like a piece of 2×2 wood, and start from there.

    you got the motion down , pull up and put ALL ur strength into it! the bike ain’t gone jump itself . use ur upper and lower body altogether and practice practice

  3. Compress your body then spring up pulling the bars as high as you can then push the handle bars forward and huck the rear up even higher with your feet scooping the pedals.

    To understand what’s going on when it comes to bunny hops stand over your bike, keep your feet on the ground now lift the handle bars up and push forwards. The bike will leave the ground in a bunny hop motion.

    Pushing the bars forward is not nearly mentioned enough.
