Following [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/CanyonBikes/s/As6U3yh2Vz) unfortunate event, Canyon France warrantied the frame. I still think it’s poor design, but the customer experience was top notch.
I chose to have the frame delivered to a nearby certified Partner (shoot out to Dropbar.fr) to avoid any transportation related risk, and the labor was covered.
