NBD – 2026 Grail CF SLX Di2

I finally replaced my 2011 Cube Litening with this 2026 Grail. OMG the comfort, electronic shifting, disc brakes! I commute around 220 km (136 mi) per week so I ordered the frame bags and fenders. The fenders just pop on and off in a minute so I will only install those on rainy days. Not pictured is the top tube bag that I installed after this photo. Only drama with setup was the Di2 battery had zero charge, I thought it might be at 50% like most new electric things. Had it delivered to work, went in on a day off to put it together, and when I was ready to ride home I had to plug it in and wait. I should have checked that at the start of the build. Next “upgrade” is some GP5000 All Seasons TR in 700*35 tubeless with Silca Ultimate Sealant.
