I respected the manufacturer instructions but it seems too short on the largest cog. Shift well though.

I don’t think it’s too short. Your b limit looks off tho
Seems fine to me honestly. How does it look in the largest gear? If you still have some headroom there, you could add a link or two but I’d ride that
Edit: bit hard to see but maybe play with that b-screw a bit. Seems like you can bring the guide pulley a bit closer to the cassette
It’s right on the edge, but not over it. As long as that’s a new chain, it’s only gonna get longer during its service life so it should be okay.
