Hi, I have the opportunity to upgrade and buy this Emonda ALR5 for 1800$ CAD, basically in brand new condition. I am 5'7" with a 30 ish inch inseam and this bike is size 54. On the trek website it says that I can fit a size 54 and I am currently on a size 54 (which feels ok but I have no reference because this is the only bike that I have ridden) but I feel like I should be sizing down to a 52. Is it worth it to buy this bike even if it's slightly big on me? It seems like a great deal at this price. Any advice appreciated

I think you’re being over pedantic about size. A 54 will be fine. I know this because I’m the same height and ride a 54. Try and get them down on price.
