Just got a fixie, haven’t ridden a bike since I was in middle school, and wanted something for when I don’t feel like riding my motorcycle.
It’s a state bicycle, got the bullhorns wrapped and looking to replace the seat. Any recommendations for something that is comfortable for bumpy roads?

The first thing you need is foot retention.
Level and adjust your seat. Level the bars. Maybe foot retention. Enjoy.
I would suggest a chamois for padding. Wider tires would also be more comfortable on bumpy roads.
I’d throw some thicker tyres on there. I had a similar frame and they fit 700x40c.(40-622)
Just make sure your chain is long enough so you can pull the back wheel back a bit.
Brooks saddle if its in your price range. They ain’t cheap but very comfortable.
