Hey gang looking for advice. Just picked up this 2014 Mirraco Minion from marketplace 100$. I'd say She's an 9 on 10, rides like a dream…but small annoying scratches and a tiny bit of surface rust.
I feel like dumping a few hundred bucks in. Maybe a higher seat post for cruising. Maybe some new tires.
Another part of me wants to take it all apart, repaint and bring it back to life.
What would you do? Keep it original or upgrade?

Upgrade as much as you want to make it fit your life, it’s your bike my dude!
I would do upgrades. The frame isn’t full cromo nearest I can tell so you’re eventually going to want something newer. Only thing you can’t take with you when you trade frames is the frame.
Well it really depends on your skill level and if you are actually going to finish it or if it will become parts in the garage..
Id leave it go and slowly build up a quality bike. Collect a few parts a month and look for a good deal on a chromoly frame
